So many ways to move!
At QHS, we offer several possibilities for students wishing to participate in basketball, via the RSEQ School Team, the Basketball Concentration program, or the lunch time intramural. As well, we offer soccer concentrations, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, cross-country, a fitness room and club, ski trips and ski club!
