    So many ways to move!

    At QHS, we offer several possibilities for students wishing to participate in basketball, via the RSEQ School Team, the Basketball Concentration program, or the lunch time intramural. As well, we offer soccer concentrations, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, cross-country, a fitness room and club, ski trips and ski club! 


    QHS is active!

    Quebec High School Sports concentrations

    When I started basketball, I couldn't dribble. With the help of coaches and friends, I became a shooter. Coaches support us and teach us to be "all in", to have a good work ethic. My hard work was recognized and respected. Théo, sec. 5 student

    Fitness is a priority at qhs!
